During Medication Management, we collaborate with you by discussing symptom changes and side effects to determine solutions that will lead to safe and effective use of medication. We will review components such as dosage, frequency, over-the-counter and herbal or complementary medications, prescription drugs and substance use information including alcohol, nicotine and illicit drugs. All of these components and more can impact effective medication usage. There may be a need to prescribe, discontinue or adjust medications.
