Motivational Enhancement Therapy or MET is one of several evidence-based therapies in our treatment plans. MET helps you as you go through change and supports you in having a strength-based perspective for your recovery. We want to help you discover a better quality of life.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
As we said in our philosophy statement, we believe in the mind, body and spirit connection and consider all issues of your life to help put you on a path to recovery. The mind and the body work closely when it comes to how we act. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a means to help you understand how your feelings and thoughts are affecting the behavioral choices you are making.
