My last day in Clearwater is next Friday, June 22. Before I leave, I wanted to thank you for exemplary service over the years. Bill, Miguel, Rob and the rest of your staff consistently provided top-notch janitorial and food service, helping our busy 24/7 base run smoothly. I appreciate your professionalism, dedication to quality and for your flexibility responding to a myriad of last-minute requests. You always met the mail. Thank you!

February 21, 2018 - The hard work of our GCE team members at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida was recognized by Paul Sherman, the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) Facility Manager.
I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much we appreciate the hard work that your employees do here at Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE). We are a Joint Command here at MacDill and we have a lot of dignitaries and high ranking military and civilians visiting our facilities on a regular basis. When I contacted Victor to schedule the carpet cleaning he was extremely customer oriented and his focus was on 100% satisfaction for us as his customer. He has always been very prompt at returning calls, and has never provided anything except top level service over the years. When his floor technicians called me last Friday (12 Jan) at 0600 they were on site and ready to work. I was quite in "AWE" when I arrived and very impressed with their level of excitement about cleaning our carpets. After I gained both technicians access to this highly secure communications area, they immediately surveyed the entire area to be cleaned, pointing out deep stains and evaluated the cleaning to be accomplished. I had originally planned on replacing this carpet due to the stains but Victor and Marcus assured me that they could help restore them to life. After only approx. 5 hours they informed me they had completed cleaning a very large area with numerous offices and approximately 17 deep stains. Upon inspection I was greeted by what seemed like new carpets. The bad smell previously evident was completely gone, every single stain had been removed, and 100% of the areas identified were thoroughly clean.

"I work day-to-day as the middle man between our government and our contractors one of whom is Global Connections to Employment (GCE). I regularly work with and know on a first-name basis GCE managers and front line staff. I've worked with this team for seven years, and I can tell you they definitely work as a team and take great pride in the quality of their work. Every member is very responsive, and in particular, Pam Cox is very proactive. She doesn't wait for a complaint, and that makes my job much easier!" Read Allan's entire letter ...
