Health Care Environmental Services
Global Connections to Employment (GCE) strives for the highest levels of quality at all of our service locations. We have provided health care environmental services for more than 20 years and currently serve several outpatient and acute care facilities.
As an affiliate of a large health care system, we understand the importance of ensuring a positive health care experience for every patient, every time at every facility. Our team is patient-centered, and our organization adheres to evidence-based best practices. We take pride in working to the highest of professional standards by engaging our teams in the following programs:
- Daily Management: Areas of improvement are defined by the team. In order to improve on them, measurements are conducted daily and reported out bi-weekly.
- Process Improvement Fundamentals (PIF): Program designed to implement small changes in an effort to create huge impacts by clearly identifying an individual problem. Gathering information, interviewing front line staff, and creating process maps, identifies the root causes and steps are taken toward improvement..
- We use a cloud-based Quality Control Inspection System to ensure our teams are delivering the best quality possible. These are not only for reporting to clients, but we also use this data to show how our organization is performing internally, overall and across all locations.
Another component of our service to others includes our relationship with SourceAmerica® under the AbilityOne® Program to help train and employ persons with disabilities in meaningful jobs. Our work is quite rewarding and a win-win at every site.
