Parents’ Guide to Services and Court Proceedings - FamiliesFirst Network of Lakeview (FFN) is the lead agency contract provider for the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (DCF) in District 1 (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties). If a family is investigated by DCF for child abuse or neglect and the children are found to be in need of protection, a FFN counselor is assigned to work with the parents and children. Learn more.
