Sharif is a very special little boy. He needs twenty four hour, round the clock care. He has cerebral palsy, seizures and a number of other debilitating conditions. He spends all his time in his bed or wheelchair. He cannot sit, crawl or roll over by himself. He loves to be tickled and he responds to music by smiling. He is non verbal but acknowledges that people are talking to him by following them with his eyes. Sharif needs a very special adoptive family who will be able to connect with the little boy inside, who will be able to make him smile and maybe laugh in his own way and who can appreciate that these are the ways he gives back. He needs a family who will provide for him for his entire life. Sharif was born in August 2005.
