Lakeview Center Hosts ‘Community Connections’ Event

Pensacola, Fla. (Feb. 8 2016) – Lakeview Center will host the second annual Community Connections event to help share health and wellness resources with the community.

The Fricker Center,

(located at the corner of West Desoto and E Street

Local law enforcement, mental health experts and community partners will be on-hand following presentations. Refreshments will be provided. Lakeview Center and GCE employment recruiters also will be available along with representatives from Escambia Community Clinic, Lakeview’s Substance Abuse & HIV Assessment and Prevention Education (SHAPE) program, Pathways for Change and Healthy Lives. Featured speakers include:

  • Pensacola Police Chief David Alexander III
  • Escambia County Sherriff’s Deputy Courtney Clanton
  • Escambia County Sherriff’s Deputy Delarian Wiggins
  • Lakeview Center Psychologist and Clinical Director David Josephs, Psy.D.
