His skills include the integration of administrative, clinical and fiscal systems to support daily operations within a competitive healthcare environment. Bringing over 10 years of consultation experience to the team, Joe has consulted on the national and state levels in the areas of system/program evaluation and development of systemic protocols to support a value added process for government agencies within the criminal justice system, to agency specific support of mental health and substance abuse program design and deployment initiatives. Understanding of systemic accountability to agency mission and contractual requirements if a focus of all of his consultation and system design services.

A Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional, Gail brings over 30 years of experience to Lakeview Learning Group. She has worked in many behavioral health settings, such as inpatient services, outpatient counseling, prevention, intervention, DUI, domestic violence (victims and perpetrators), clinical training, utilization management, and quality management. Additionally, Gail is also an experienced lead surveyor for CARF, and has significant experience with State and Federal regulatory standards for the industry. She was recently appointed to the Florida Certification Board's Advisory Council.

With degrees in accounting and counseling, Marvin, a licensed mental health counselor, brings over thirty years of work experience to Lakeview Learning Group. Before his career in behavioral health he worked as a consultant, focusing on financially distressed entities. In behavioral health he was worked in such diverse areas as acute care, outpatient dual diagnosis, emergency screening, as well as addictions treatment. In addition, Marvin has experience in clinical quality management, leading accreditation readiness and sustainability activities for numerous organizations . He has extensive experience in data collection, analysis and presentation. Marvin also has a number of years experience in the development and presentation of live and computer based clinical training.
