AARP Driver Safety Program
GoldenCare is offering a mature driving refresher course for drivers age 50 and older. Classroom instruction refines existing skills and develops safe, defensive driving techniques. Graduates may qualify for a reduction in automobile insurance premium.
Classes are offered monthly, except December, at Baptist Medical Park - Nine Mile: Azalea Room and Baptist Hospital – Heritage Room. Classes fill quickly. Registration is required.
AARP charges a small fee for this class. To register for classes at Baptist Medical Park - Nine Mile or Baptist Hospital, call the Council on Aging at (850) 432-1475.
